Registration Opens - November 15, 2023.

Registration Closes - January 15th, 2024.

Early Bird Registration - Receive 10% off discount of your total on or before January 1st with promo code “EARLYBIRD”

Late Entries will be charged an addition fee of $20 per entry.

We will send a tentative schedule out first. Then, we will post a final schedule online after directors have had 48 hours to approve the schedule or request changes. The final schedule will be posted online the Wednesday before the contest begins.
A Director Packet will be e-mailed prior to the contest date with general information, catered-lunch options, and more!
Refunds must be requested at least 14 days prior to competition in writing. Phone calls will NOT be accepted as formal requests for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the competition date will receive 90% of their registration fees. A no-show, scratch, or cancellation on the day of event will not be refunded.
No refunds will be given due to inclement weather conditions unless the contest is cancelled.
All fees must be paid prior to competing.
